End-of-Life Vigil Planning: This course will walk you through the three types of vigils related to end-of-life services and how to organize each. Crafting Your Legacy Project: Explore ways to leave a lasting legacy preserving memories best suited for you and your loved ones. Options explored are storytelling, guided journaling, photo stories, birthday/Christmas continuation cards, writing letters, and other creative outlets. Conquering Challenges Through Guided Imagery: Guided imagery is a versatile relaxation technique that can be used to help with a wide range of physical, emotional, and psychological challenges. Graceful Grieving: We all will face grief in our lives, and most of us way more than once.
